Competitive Play
Proposer and Seconder
If you already know members of Hadley Wood Golf Club, this is the easiest way to join. You will need to be proposed by a current member and seconded by 2 others - both proposer and seconders need to have been members of the Club for at least 2 years, and be in either the same or a higher category of membership.
Provisional Membership
For those who are new to the area or simply don't know any of our current members, our Provisional Membership is an ideal way to gain entry to the Club and meet new friends.
Under this scheme, you will be invited for an interview, and if successful, join for 6 months, paying half the annual subscription. As a provisional member you will have full playing rights, use of the Club’s facilities and be able to enter competitions, although you will be unable to win one of our major competitions. During those 6 months, you will need to play with 10 members and collect signatures from them. Once you’ve obtained your 10 signatures, you will be invited to become a full member.
We find that Provisional Members easily obtain their 10 signatories and quickly become part of the club.
On completion of the application form, you will be invited to an interview at the Club, and if successful, you will be invited to join.
